At Butter & Brown’s, each order is handcrafted using premium ingredients and prepared exclusively for you. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Food Safety & Perishable Goods

Our products are perishable and made to order. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address supplied by the customer

• Missed delivery attempts

• Damage resulting from improper storage after delivery

• Natural melting, softening, or texture changes caused by weather conditions once delivered
